These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to Moballo, LLC ("Moballo," "we," "us," or "our") websites, apps, backend resources, and related services (together, the "Services"). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Use of the Services

Moballo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for their intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms, applicable app store rules, and applicable law.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, translate, create derivative works from, misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Services except where applicable law expressly gives you that right.

Ownership

The Services, including software, designs, text, images, trademarks, logos, databases, and other content, are owned by Moballo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• send spam, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unlawful content;
• interfere with security, availability, or operation of the Services;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or source code;
• submit confidential credentials, payment card data, or other sensitive material through the contact form.

The official way to contact Moballo is through the contact form on this website. We may ignore, reject, or delete submissions that appear abusive, automated, unlawful, unrelated to the Services, or unsafe to process.

App Stores, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Some Services may be distributed through app stores or may offer paid apps, in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertising-supported features, or free features. App store providers and payment processors may apply their own terms, privacy policies, refund rules, billing rules, and account requirements.

Where a Service is purchased or subscribed to through an app store, that app store generally manages payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, and account controls.

Termination
